Common Thread was born from a deep love of design, heritage, and storytelling.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the beauty of well-made things—the quiet craftsmanship behind a piece of furniture, the texture of natural materials, the way a space can hold memory. I grew up in a family of collectors and creatives, surrounded by antiques and stories. I learned early on that the most powerful things aren’t always loud—they’re often subtle, timeless, and full of soul.
That philosophy has shaped everything I do.
After working with some of the UK’s most respected interiors and lifestyle brands, I founded Common Thread (previously FISHERS) in 2013 to offer something different: a slower, more thoughtful approach to PR and brand consultancy. One that honours the integrity of the product and the people behind it.

I believe that the most meaningful communication starts with truth. I work closely with independent, design-led businesses to help them share what they do in a way that’s clear, considered, and emotionally intelligent. My background spans PR, editorial, styling, and creative direction, which means I can support you holistically—from shaping your narrative to amplifying your presence across press, partnerships, and digital platforms.
Everything is bespoke, tailored, and grounded in your brand’s unique DNA. I take the time to really understand your world—how you think, what you value, and where you want to go—and then shape a strategy that’s true to that.
